Modular Conveyor Cleaning System

The Modular Conveyor Cleaning System Series provide an efficient processing of parts on a continuous basis. Washing, rinsing and drying components as they pass through the system. Standard features on the MCCS series include: Insulated tanks, removable access panels, conveyor belt speed controls and an industrial control panel (I.E.C. controls, NEPA wiring and NEMA enclosures). Easily accessible emergency stop buttons located on both sides of the conveyor and on electrical enclosure instantly shut down the power to all moving components. All systems come with stainless steel bushed nozzles with 360 degree coverage, and an industrial, galvanized belt, with stainless steel or polypropylene belt options. Belt widths are available from 6" to 6' wide. These systems are very versatile and are all option ready for future installations. Tunnel passages can be custom built to expanded widths and heights for handling extra large and tall components.
